apoXeast VI membership sales are now live! Prices start at $135, rising to $150 in May and $165 in July. Cabins and private rooms have all been reserved, but tent camping is included for free.

apoXeast provides camping space, a fully immersive post-apocalyptic campsite a.k.a. The Green Place, entertainment including but not limited to:

We are currently accepting submissions for bands! We prefer in genre, for our Unleashed Party on Thursday night and our headliner on Saturday. Zombii is our house band playing Friday night, and Gypsy of Karnevil is our Professional Monstrosity!
 DJ Amazin A will be facing off with Xris SMack! in their epic DJs from Hell battle! Mad Mutt will be joining them for the party inside, and outside by the fire pit the party will continue!
Bangarang Tribe will continue to amaze you with their incredible Fire Performances!
Film Festival - thanks to Ballistic Mute, we have all the options
  Radio Station thanks to Ziptie
Gogo dancing will be done by Bangarang Tribe and special guests

Classes will be held on topics such as survivalism, weapon making and rusting, clothing distressing and herbalism  

No alcohol is sold on site! This is a BYOB event.

We have enough indoor space to provide everyone shelter and entertainment in case of bad weather—the party will go on! apoXeast is a rain or shine event. 
MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
RVs ARE NOT SUITED FOR THIS CAMPSITE AND WILL BE ASKED TO FIND OFFSITE PARKING. There is no nearby offsite parking.
ATTENDEES MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

Memberships to apoXeast are discounted to $135 until the end of April. They allow entry (and exit) for all four days. Single day passes will not be sold. If any are left, membership price will rise to $150 for May/June, and $165 for July/August. There is no reception onsite and no membership sales at the door. Volunteers will be needed for various positions. These volunteers will be reimbursed $40+ post event for their services of 8 hours minimum. Please contact admin@apoxeast.com if you are interested in volunteering in one of the following areas: Security, bartending, parking attendant

Cabins and private rooms are available for reservation after your membership has been purchased. Most cabins and rooms can sleep at least 4 people, but smaller and larger are available. They are bunk bed style, furnished with single camp mattresses, lights and electricity, fans and heaters if the temperatures call for it. Bring your own bedding, temperatures can vary a lot in the course of a day. Cabins and private rooms are usually reserved quickly, as they are first come, first served after membership purchase. Email admin@apoxeast.com to reserve AFTER membership purchase. *UPDATE* All cabins and private rooms have now been reserved

There are two roomy showers onsite, along with sinks and portos

Tent camping on the (grassy) grounds is included in the cost of the event, but know the land is hilly.

POLICIES

Tribes are encouraged

Aesthetic - This is a full-immersion post-apocalyptic festival based on Mad Max movies. That means that everyone onsite is costumed in genre - as if they could be an extra in a Mad Max movie - at all times. This is not the Zompoc, there are no bright colors, exosuit armor or hi-tech futuristic gadgets allowed. See Nuclear Snail Studios YouTube videos for ideas on wasting out everyday clothing. *EDIT* For Thursday night only, we host our UNLEASHED party where you are welcome to debut otherwise typically banned costuming, still post apoc but with a sci-fi element like those listed above.

Vehicles (in-theme) - If you can drive it to the site, bring it! If it needs to be trailered, we will let 4WD vehicles ONLY tow, as they have to get up a grassy, often wet hill to leave site. In theme vehicles will be able to park within the city; everyday vehicles will be parked just outside.

Vehicles (normal) - Parking is at a premium at this site. We are doing our best to ensure everyone can park onsite, so if you can carpool, please do. THERE IS NO PARKING FOR RVs, ANY RVs WILL BE ASKED TO FIND OFFSITE PARKING. THERE IS NONE NEARBY.

 Tickets - By purchasing a ticket you automatically agree to our terms and conditions/activity waiver so you may participate. Bring a printout of your ticket as backup. Credit cards can’t be run onsite, and there are no ticket sales at the door. THIS EVENT IS 21+. Do not purchase a ticket if you will not be 21 by the time of the event, IDs will be checked and you will be turned away. 

Weapons - Blunt and bladed weapons and decommissioned air soft guns are allowed during the daytime as costume props. Sharpened blades are discouraged and must be kept sheathed at all times. At night these must be stowed for safety. ABSOLUTELY NO WORKING GUNS OR LIVE AMMO AT ALL ARE ALLOWED. Staff reserves the right to have you leave any weapon deemed inappropriate locked in your vehicle.

Alcohol - BYOB. Liquor stores are located within 10 miles. THIS EVENT IS 21+, NO EXCEPTIONS. Photo IDs will be checked upon arrival. Anyone deemed of being overly inebriated will be refused more alcohol. Attendees causing trouble because of drunkenness will be dealt with by local law enforcement. Anyone arriving inebriated will be denied entry.

Drugs - In accordance with state and federal laws. MARIJUANA IS STILL ILLEGAL IN PA

Food - Bring what you will consume, as well as any cooling or heating devices you need. We will also have Peppers & Bones BBQ on-site selling their delicious seared flesh, and Stray’s Kitchen will have homestyle cooking available. There is a supermarket within 10 miles.

This is a pack-it-in, pack-it-out event. You will be expected to clean up after yourselves. Remember to bring trash bags! We have no dumpsters or trash service onsite.
